Although the cultures seem similar in Europe and in the USA, they are not completely identical and also the access to care is different. For example some drugs in the market are not the same. The technology is also different because they are much more financing of the health system in America. Thereby they have technologies we have never access to in Europe. So a tachycardia will be treated differently depending on the availability of a technology.
