Four Friends and the Lion
Long ago, there were four friends who studied together. They finished their education at school and kept wandering from one place to another and they often challenged each other to see who was smartest.
One such day, when they were walking through the woods, they found the remains of a lion’s body. Seeing this, one of them said, “I shall make an outline of the lion’s body by assembling the skeletons.”
The second one said, “I shall use the skin and flesh of the Lion.”
The third one said, “I shall give life to the Lion.”
On hearing this, the fourth person said he was against doing so because the lion might attack them when it came back to life. But the others did not listen to him and only made fun of him.
While his friends were in action, the fourth one climbed upon a tree.
The lion did indeed come back to life and it roared loud and pounced on the three friends, killing them.
