These like a little bit higher humidity than some snakes coming from Africa the way they do. They are known worldwide as a very good beginner snake. Do not take a lot of care as long as their husbandry needs are met with a heat pad to give them the right temperature and keep their cage clean and feed them and these make fantastic pets that live for a very long time.
