Libya's NTC promises fair trials for mercenary suspects

Fresh concerns have been raised over the plight of foreigners in Libya. Around 5,000 people, mostly sub-Saharan Africans, are being held across Tripoli over suspicions they were hired mercenaries for Muammar Gaddafi.
