Dance Mob Swarms Times Square
TIMES SQUARE, NYC. SEPT. 12, 2010. 100 DANCERS, 10,000
UNEXPECTING PARTICIPANTS. 100 women dressed in HUE
Leggings ran through NYC's Times Square and took over
the stage for Broadway on Broadway, an annual free
concert. Event host Kelsey Grammer was interrupted
mid-monlogue by two male dancers in leggings drag, who
escorted him off stage to make way for the all-girl
Flash Mob. Set to a hot track called "Fuel," the
dancers ignited the audience of thousands, who grabbed
fedoras tossed into the crowd and joined in the final
moves. The HUE Leggings Flash Mob was a benefit
performance for Broadway Cares.
