Imagine earbuds that do more than just play music, they connect to your brain.

Today on Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch: On the Street, we meet Kevin Nguyen from Niura, a neurotech company that transforms regular earbuds into tools that monitor focus and stress in real time.

Rogers Healy sees powerful potential here, but reminds us: when you're stepping into the wearables space, you're stepping into Apple's arena. His suggestion? A licensing model might be the smartest path forward.

Would you wear earbuds that help you work smarter?

00:00I'm an investor and today I'm critiquing founders and their elevator pitches on the street.
00:04For the past decade, trillions of dollars have been lost due to unproductive work
00:07and 63% of workers are actually considering quitting their job due to workplace stress.
00:13At Neurag, we're developing an EEG device that allows you to track your mental stress and
00:18productivity level. Last year, we ran a paid demand test in only six weeks and achieved 150Ks.
00:25We're fundraising for our seat round and join us in our missions if you're interested.
00:30So wearable technology in your ear. I hate to say this, but you're competing against Apple.
00:35And I want Apple to be my friend, not my competitor. So definitely a great idea.
00:40Definitely solves a problem. But if anything, I think the path to go down is potentially a licensing play
00:45if you can knock it out of the park. And because of that, I'm going to pass.
00:48Thank you so much for being a part of Elevator Pitch on the Street.
00:51Amazon Business would like to gift you $500 in a gift card to use for whatever you need,
00:56but maybe for your business. Well, thank you so much.
