00:33new contracts by Lim Siong High Capital Berhad, which had secured a 20-year lease to manage

00:40In a statement on Wednesday, Hydroshop Sendiran Berhad, the parent company of MKLSB, claimed

01:03that LSH Capital failed to absorb more than 200 employees, instead making selective staff

01:09appointments and offering less favorable employment conditions that negatively affected

01:14most Bumiputra workers at KL Tower.

01:17At a press conference, Hydroshop's managing director Abdul Hamid Shaikh Abdul Razak Shaikh

01:22said both Hydroshop and MKLSB are Bumiputra companies and that he was defending the rights

01:28of Bumiputra entrepreneurs, adding that the government initially agreed to award Hydroshop

01:32a concession extended until December 31, 2054.

01:38Hydroshop and MKLSB have filed a lawsuit to challenge the concession awarded to LSH service

01:43master Sendiran Berhad, seeking 20.13 million ringgit in losses and damages and for the

01:49concession to be transferred to them.
