00:26the details of violations they committed. Amiruddin's remarks come despite the Malaysian

00:31Islamic Development Department's Director General, Hakimah Yusuf, reportedly saying

00:36that action had been taken against GISBH in February 2019. Hakimah had said JAKIM held

00:43closed-door meetings with GISBH involving the National Council of Islamic Religious Affairs

00:49Muzakarah Committee, the Attorney General's Chambers and a panel of JAKIM experts. Amiruddin

00:55also said he is scheduled to have an audience with Sultan Sharifuddin Idris Shah today

01:00to provide updates on developments concerning GISBH. On Sunday, the Sultan expressed his

01:07disappointment and regret that religious authorities did not take action earlier
