00:00So after the two weeks I come home and then was basically on house rest, couldn't do anything,

00:07weren't allowed to lift anything more than a kettle, like half a filled kettle, couldn't cuddle

00:12my children, couldn't pick them up or anything like that, they weren't allowed to jump on me

00:15because of all the surgery and everything. The physical side of it, you can deal with.

00:21For me as a man, working man, I've always, I've been brought up to work hard, look after your

00:27family, old school values sort of person, that's the hardest bit and that's what upsets me the

00:32most, not being able to provide fully and have that worry of the kids, nursery fees, things like that.
