00:59I'm tired, I tried to get a little dramatic there at the end, I skied that kind of decently
01:13and then really lost focus at the end, but one thing that's really gonna help me, one
01:18thing, one thing that's really gonna help me get focused, one, Hershey's cookie and
01:26cream bar, 18 grams of protein, only three grams of sugar, halfway through my run here,
01:33as you can see, sort of an out of shape, almost middle-aged American adult, running at about
01:4111,000 feet up here, this thing, it's gonna cure everything, wow, that's excellent, big
01:58shout out to one, now, for the descent, this is the most important part, you gotta stick
02:16to the landing, I gotta start getting a little bit more cardio in, all right, here we go,
02:377.1, I'm gonna go with a 7.1, it was fine, it wasn't horrific, we didn't fall down, got a
02:53little bit of showboating going on at the end there, so I'm gonna deduct some points and it
02:56wasn't that hard of a run, so it should have been better, but also could have been worse,
02:59so 7.1, now it's time to upgrade, that's Copper Mountain.
