00:09It is possible that the Department of Public Works and Highways will start the rehabilitation in EDSA in April.

00:14In an interview, DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan said that it is possible to do this in the middle of April or in the Holy Week.

00:21Bonoan clarified that light traffic is expected at this time.

00:25DPWH will start the southbound of EDSA and its target is to finish the rehabilitation by the end of November.

00:33AFP Spokesperson Colonel Francel Margareth Padilla was surprised by the spread of rumors that there are soldiers who watched the video after the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:44Padilla clarified that there is no truth in these news and the public was warned to watch the information that can be seen online.

00:52He also added that soldiers cannot resign online because there is a right process that each member of the Armed Forces must follow.

01:00Padilla also called on the public not to spread fake news and to check the information correctly.

01:07Meanwhile, some groups continue to provide help to our countrymen who are fire volunteers in Manila.

01:13In Manila, a fire volunteer was killed while responding to a fire.

01:18The victim was identified as Rodolfo Banikid.

01:21The firefighter of the Philippine's Partylist First Nominee Jose Goita himself provided financial assistance to the family of the victim.

01:28The family is very thankful because the government does not forget their sector.

01:33Because of the incident, the group is now more determined to fight for the rights of the firefighters in the country,

01:38especially in providing high hazard pay, medical assistance, and insurance coverage.
