00:00You can survive this, but it has to be early detection, and I can't overemphasize the
00:20word early.
00:33The guys in the business of metal are tough boys, they're all tough kids, and I think
00:37they're, not the word ignorant or the word, they just don't get it maybe, or they're not
00:46probably even will listen to this and go, Peter Chris is crazy, this just ain't gonna
00:51happen to me man, not me dude, you know, I'm a tough dude.
00:54Well yeah, it can happen to you, and when it does, if you don't do it right away, with
00:59your dude and your metal and your tattoos, you'll go in a box and we'll see ya.
01:12When I approached the doctor, he said, well you don't have breast cancer, men don't get
01:15breast cancer.
01:16I said, well, I want to have some tests run.
01:20And they kept coming back, inconclusive, inconclusive, inconclusive, and finally then, after an open
01:28biopsy, it was determined that, yes, you do have breast cancer.
01:42I felt a tiny bit of tenderness in my chest area, but not anything I would consider cancer.
01:49If anything, it felt like a bite, a bruise, something of that nature.
01:53I had felt the pain for probably about five or six months before the blood manifested
01:58itself in my chest area.
02:13This is just something that I'd like to ensure that the males out there know that it can
02:18happen to men as well.
