(Adnkronos) - "Abbiamo rafforzato il nostro comparto di apprendimento con corsi di microlearning: percorsi molto più brevi e altamente concentrati, in cui, nel giro di 4-5 minuti, si apre e si chiude un ciclo di apprendimento. Questo per rispondere alle esigenze delle aziende, che necessitano di integrare la formazione in modo sempre più fluido e flessibile, riducendo al minimo l'impatto sui carichi di lavoro".

00:29therefore much shorter, super-concentrated courses,
00:33where even within a 4-5-minute period,
00:36a learning cycle opens and closes.
00:39This is to meet the needs of companies
00:41that need to insert the training more and more fluidly and flexibly,
00:46impacting as little as possible on the workload.
00:50Compared to the approach, we have a 360-degree approach,
00:54so we can start with consulting tools,
00:59such as assessments, mapping of skills,
01:02which help us develop the real growth plans of people
01:06within companies in a more targeted way,
01:09but above all with the support of financing tools.
01:15I'm talking about interprofessional funds, regional funds,
01:19new skills funds, in short, there are opportunities.
01:23To return to the technological issue I mentioned earlier,
01:28we have inserted the digital certification
01:32within our training process.
01:34It is a certification that can be inserted very easily

01:43and then added to other courses,
01:47so it constitutes the history of the person's training
01:52in a single e-portfolio that can also be shared on social media.
01:57It also has the great advantage of being automatically translated
