00:00What are the challenges you have faced?
00:04Among the challenges we have faced, the first is certainly that of accessibility.
00:12Today, accessibility is known and known to everyone.
00:15We started working on accessibility five years ago,
00:21when there was still no obligation of the regulations.
00:25So we wrote and published a scientific article.
00:29We have produced accessible products
00:35that we presented already in 2021 at international conventions.
00:39And since then, we have always worked on accessibility.
00:43Among other things, within our organic,
00:46we have a resource, among 40 in Italy,
00:51which is certified Web Expert Accessibility.
00:54So this is certainly one of the first points.
00:58Another important point is the introduction of artificial intelligence
01:03within the training.
01:05So what did we do?
01:08We brought adaptive training within our training,
01:14because we wanted, being digital learning experts,
01:17we wanted the e-learning training to achieve the same results,
01:23the same goals as blended training,
01:25going to bring that empathic touch,
01:28therefore a little human,
01:30to make the training certainly more effective and engaging
01:34and to fill the gaps of attention and motivation.
01:41Our virtual coach has a large methodological component behind it,
01:46as well as technological,
01:48because it is based on a model of the student,
01:51the didactic model,
01:53which are two models that serve to customize
01:57to the maximum the user experience
02:01and areas of improvement.
