00:00I'd say this app is unique because its founder, Chris, is really sincerely and passionately
00:19interested in how each individual can make a difference in their own lives.
00:26We know that transformation happens.
00:28Research tells us from three things, personal transformation.
00:32This app has all three.
00:33One is that we have to have a mind-body practice, a daily mind-body practice.
00:37The other is that we have that practice in community.
00:40And the third is that that practice is about more than just the self.
00:45For a long-term success, the idea behind Center isn't for six weeks.
00:50It's about the rest of your life.
00:51And so with the experts that we have and are fortunate to be a part of, we're able to provide
00:56the advice and the motivation, inspiration, and empowerment that can be for, you know,
01:01you and your family, for the rest of however long you want it to be.
01:05My background on the app, while I'm a professional boxer, I was the number one world middleweight
01:10contender way back when.
01:12So my role on the app is cardiovascular fitness, coordination, helping people get in touch
01:19with their physicality.
01:23I've been a holistic psychotherapist for over 15 years and oriented towards helping
01:29my clients grow and transform.
01:33And mindfulness has always been a big piece of the work that I do with people, as well
01:37as connection with self and other.
01:40So my contribution to the Center app will be podcasts on well-being and mindfulness
01:45in relationship, and also articles about well-being and mindfulness.
01:51So I'm a chef on the app.
01:53My background is actually, I did a sport and exercise management degree, a master's in
01:57strength conditioning.
01:58So formally before I became a chef, I was very interested in physical activity.
02:03So being Australian, we have a beautiful coastline, a lot of activity, and wellness is a big part
02:09of our typical day-to-day lives.
02:11In saying that, as I grew older, I loved the idea of food and what it can do to people
02:15and bring us all together.
02:17It's also super tasty, so that's always a win, working with food.
02:20And so my role in the app is to make sure that the recipes are super easy to recreate,
02:25super accessible, but most importantly, healthy and tasty.
02:30People will benefit from this app with education, inspiration, and empowerment to uncover their
02:36own natural resiliency and strength.
02:39Doing everything an athlete would do in order to get ready, including nutrition, including
02:42the mind work, but the actual physicality of everything, too.
02:46And those kinds of things are what make the difference.
02:48That's what really, everything in this package seems to complete the human being.
02:52Health is all about happiness, and when we talk about health, it should be your physical,
02:56your mental, your social, your spiritual.
