00:52raise the money um it's come from from the football association from uh football england
00:59from um corleyborough council and the teams that are all involved with three bridges
01:07they raised seventy thousand pounds of money that was needed and they did it by cycling
01:13from land's end to strong growth on bus on cycling machines they had the little team tiny ones
01:21walking around the pitch and they walked from london to brighton and they did little bits and
01:27they all everybody involved did their little bit and it's all come together and what you see
01:33is the picture up there a lot of hard work a lot of heartache a lot of headache but a lot of
01:40commitment from every single person who's involved in three bridges and i'm proud to be associated

02:18so much now as many of us know corley has uh many towns has had challenges
02:24um fair sharing challenges so when something is positive and this exciting uh lands in the heart
02:30of our community it truly is something to celebrate this pitch isn't just a surface to play on
02:36it's a space for growth unity and opportunity one of the most wonderful things about this new
02:43facility is the breadth of people it serves and three bridges club alone we have 297 children

03:02and to belong beyond their own club this 3g pitch opens its arms to charities and other community
03:10groups too the benefits it brings to corley are countless benefits far more than we can actually
03:17put into those of course none of this would be would have been possible without the tireless
03:22efforts of so many brilliant people i'd be here all day if i started to actually say who they were
03:28and i just can't name everybody who helped us over the last four or five years
03:32the rest assured each and every hero behind this project is acknowledged in today's program so i
03:38would really appreciate it if you just take five minutes to look at the program today and just read
03:42the amount of names that have been tremendous for us now those who know me know me well enough
