A storm arriving in the Midwest on March 23 will prove that winter's not done with the Great Lakes yet.

00:00This weekend, temps will be near or below the historical average for some to the east, the western part of the plains will be the exception, some showers, then a break, and then some more rain on Sunday.
00:09There will also be some snow, though, coming into northern parts of the region later this weekend as well.
00:15Tomorrow is the day that's a little less active here, and some of you are going to be at or below average, like Chicago, 5 degrees below the historical average, but St. Louis, 4 above average.
00:25Kansas City, you're running 8 above average, but Cincinnati, just a degree below.
00:30You had a tornado there on Wednesday into northern Kentucky. It's Cincinnati and Covington, northern Kentucky airport there, kind of a wild moment there for some.
00:39And into Sunday, you can see snow north, rain to the south, some thunderstorms farther to the south.
00:44The leading edge of snow pushes through northern Michigan during the day on Sunday, painting a stripe of 6 to 12 inches of snow for some up in northern parts of Michigan.
