00:00The Maharashtra government has taken important steps to make the state education system according to the national standards and has decided to adopt the CBSE curriculum for students from class 3 to 12.
00:14According to the government, CBSE curriculum will be implemented in most schools of the state board under the guidelines of the national education policy.
00:22This change will take place in the year 2025-26.
00:27The purpose of this change is to provide quality education to Maharashtra students and to prepare them for the need of national level competitive exams.
00:37I was the first one to ask for this change in the state board.
00:41Because in cities, CBSE education is available but not in rural areas.
00:45Students from class 5 do not know how to write their parents' names.
00:48Students from class 6-7 do not know how to write their names.
00:51One generation was on the verge of being destroyed.
00:54This is a very big decision.
00:56For this, I have raised my voice in the state board about 10 times.
01:00I would like to thank the government.
01:02This decision is very good for the future of rural children.
01:06This is a good initiative.
01:08I think it will help to increase the educational knowledge of children.
01:14It will help to move forward.
01:16And the children will be able to study the education system well.
01:20The government is trying to do this.
01:23It is a good thing for the Marathis to implement this.
01:28And we will try to move forward in this.
01:30In many competitive exams, the children of Maharashtra are less successful.
01:37Because of this, the government has decided to follow the CBSE pattern.
01:43Because a lot of education follows the CBSE pattern.
01:48And for this, the loss of Maharashtra children, if we adopt this method,
01:52then it will not be beneficial for them.
01:54They will also move forward like other children.
01:57After the government's decision, Maharashtra's politics has become hot.
02:00Opposition leaders have opposed the decision to implement CBSE syllabus in state schools.
02:06We do not accept the national education policy.
02:10That policy wants to end the history of this country.
02:15If Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar says that those who do not know history cannot make history,
02:22and if they want to destroy the history, then what lesson will the future generation learn from it?
02:29You are copying the CBSE board.
02:32You should improve your state board.
02:35You should bring practical education and AI.
02:38And the history of Maharashtra should be presented in the state board.
02:44The CBSE board has not given much importance to Maharashtra's history.
02:51Maharashtra used to make policy 10 years ago.
02:57The rest of the states accepted it.
02:59But now the central board is copying the policy.
03:08Our department has become useless.
03:10We have experts. We have good people.
03:14It is obvious that the demand to implement CBSE syllabus in Maharashtra's schools has been there for a long time.
03:21Now when the state government has taken this important decision for the benefit of students,
03:25the opposition parties have started politics on it.
