00:07It's not surprising that Senator Ronald Bato de la Rosa is considering hiding the arrest warrant of the ICC against him.

00:18According to PCO Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro, this is not good for the senator.

00:25He should be the one to face the complaints.

00:28The former President Rodrigo Duterte's brother-in-law, de la Rosa,

00:32was the one who initiated the controversial War on Drugs.

00:37Meanwhile, the palace believes that the PNP is ready to consult with them if the Interpol asks for help.

01:41The committee in the Senate started the hearing on the arrest of the former President Rodrigo Duterte.

01:47Justice Secretary Boyeng Remulia, DILG Secretary John Vic Remulia, Defense Secretary Guibot Yedoro and CIDG Chief Nicolas Torre attended the hearing.

01:58Senator Aimee Marcos asked why the former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested by the ICC.

02:06Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia explained that although the ICC has no jurisdiction in the Philippines as a state,

02:15it has the right to prosecute an individual who is accused of violating international humanitarian law.

02:24PhilHealth removed the 45-day benefit limit to ensure the distribution of medical services to our countrymen.

02:33PhilHealth explained that this is also in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s desire to increase the benefits and services provided by the agency.

02:45In order to ensure the new policy, PhilHealth will strictly monitor the admission, readmission and benefit utilization that exceeds 45 days.

02:56Meanwhile, PhilHealth did not allow its members to avail the new benefits based on the clinical practice guidelines of the DOH and their treatment plan.
