00:00Facing one of the most challenging challenges in the career of Filipino boxing rising star Kenneth Lover,
00:07Japanese boxer Keita Kurehara faced a unification bout for the Oriental Pacific Boxing Federation or OPBF Bantamweight crown on Monday.
00:19Kurehara won the so-called Kampionato in 2023 after defeating Filipino boxer Froilan Saludar via technical knockout.
00:29After this, Kurehara was forced to defend the so-called title
00:34to give Lover a chance to fight in an interim match against another Japanese boxer, Tullio De Canadrudo,
00:44last December in Osaka, Japan, where Caviteño Boxer was defeated.
00:50Despite Lover's victory in the unification bout against Kurehara,
00:55he will be the next OPBF Bantamweight champion to give Lover a chance to fight in a world title fight.
