00:00The mercy of the mind has spread again, how can I face you, I am falling, just hold me.
00:16Welcome to you.
00:17We have this session with the Ulema.
00:19The telephone number will be on your screen.
00:21You can send us your questions, video and audio.
00:25Mr. Qibla Mufti Akmal, Dr. Mohammad Reza Daudani, please come.
00:28I will come to the direct question.
00:29Mr. Mufti Akmal, please tell us.
00:31In the last segment, we talked about donating the organ after death or in life.
00:36So that it can be of use to someone else.
00:38If a person makes a will that after my death, this part of my body should be given to someone else.
00:42So, in the opinion of the Ulema, is this a violation, or is it permissible, or is it completely unlawful?
00:49What is it?
00:50In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:52First of all, the absolute principle is that a person is not the owner of his body.
00:57And he cannot give it to anyone.
01:00That is why suicide is forbidden.
01:02If I finish my thing, whether I keep it alive or finish it.
01:06It is not my body, so it is not my will.
01:08Yes, that's it.
01:09It goes in a different sense.
01:10No, no, I am a general.
01:12Okay, come back.
01:13So, the absolute problem is that you cannot give your organ.
01:18Because you are not the owner of the body.
01:20If you are not the owner, how can you give it?
01:22The second thing is that sometimes there is a need.
01:26On the basis of which, Shariah allows many unlawful and dangerous things.
01:31It makes it temporary.
01:33For example, if there is a four-day hunger, it is permissible to eat a pig.
01:36If there is a dead meat of someone.
01:38If it is a dead animal, it can be eaten to save life.
01:41So, this is also one.
01:42In the same way, the mother.
01:45The commandment of the Holy Quran is that she can give milk to the child for two years.
01:49Now, milk is also a part of the mother.
01:51But when the child needed it, it was commanded to take advantage of it.
01:55But when the need is over, if the same mother gives a sip, it will be a sin again.
02:00These are also arguments.
02:01Now, the result of this is that.
02:03The third thing is that do not involve yourself in destruction.
02:09If all this is collected, then the scholars said.
02:12If the other person has a very severe need.
02:15And that need is that he will die.
02:18And you do not have the fear of destruction in giving your part.
02:23Then you can give it to him.
02:25For example, you can donate blood.
02:27That it will be again.
02:28You can give liver.
02:30It increases again.
02:31In the same way, if a kidney.
02:33The doctor tells you that you can live on one kidney.
02:35Then you can also give a kidney.
02:37If both the other person have failed.
02:39But you can't give it by taking out the heart.
02:41Because you will die.
02:43And in the same way, when there is no problem of life.
02:46In a less degree than that.
02:47The donation of the organ was forbidden.
02:49But after making this will.
02:51After trying.
02:52When the person himself did not live.
02:53Then the element of his life is over.
02:55When I leave this world.
02:57Then my eye or this institution is given.
03:00Is there any scope for this?
03:01I mean, the fear of life was not the reason for this.
03:04One is that there is no owner.
03:05If there is no owner, it is still there.
03:07So it will be forbidden.
03:09Is there a different opinion on this?
03:11In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
03:12According to many things.
03:14The basic thing is.
03:15When a person in life.
03:17For someone else.
03:19For some work.
03:21Allows to be used.
03:23So what are its limitations?
03:24For example, it is a matter of blood.
03:26He can donate blood.
03:27It is right.
03:28There is skin.
03:29The skin is like this.
03:30It is necessary for its own existence.
03:31That the skin is cut from here and put here.
03:33Or put on someone else.
03:35There is no problem in that.
03:37In the same way, suppose.
03:38Some things are with humans.
03:40If he donates a kidney.
03:41Even then, there will be no difference in his life.
03:43There may be a slight difference.
03:45Like the matter of the kidney.
03:46Like Mufti Sahab said.
03:47So there is permission to donate a kidney.
03:49Provided with.
03:50There is no big difference in his life.
03:52Is not born from it.
03:54To donate something.
03:55By which his own existence will come into ruin.
03:57He will not be allowed.
03:59Then the next stage comes.
04:01If a person leaves his life.
04:03Make this will.
04:05Give me my eyes.
04:06Or give me something.
04:08If this donation.
04:09The result of this is that.
04:11The life of another Muslim.
04:13Can be saved from this.
04:15This will is also applicable.
04:17It is permissible.
04:18It will be executed.
04:19There is no problem in this.
04:20And in the same way.
04:21The next stage comes.
04:22Whether his life is saved or not.
04:24But in his life.
04:25Quality wise.
04:26Improvement is very big.
04:27I was going to ask this question.
04:28He will also get permission.
04:30Then the next stage comes.
04:32Suppose someone else.
04:33Has donated.
04:35Can this Muslim accept it?
04:37He can accept it.
04:38There is no problem in it.
04:39And in the same way.
04:40Suppose.
04:41There is an organ of an animal.
04:42This has also been a lot of experience.
04:44Will it be permissible to put that organ here?
04:48Or is there any significance in it?
04:49There is no problem in it.
04:50It is absolutely permissible.
04:51In fact, in the debate of cleanliness.
04:53There is a topic of transition.
04:54When it comes here.
04:55It will be considered a part of this body.
04:58Even suppose.
04:59Some plastic organ is made.
05:01It is incorporated.
05:03That will also be permissible.
05:04There are stem cells.
05:05They are grown in the laboratory.
05:07It is installed.
05:08There is no problem in it.
05:09In short.
05:10There is a lot of scope in it.
05:11Okay.
05:12There is a little disagreement in opinion.
05:13Absolutely right.
05:14Absolutely right.
05:15Sir.
05:16Will the question go on?
05:17I am talking to Muhammad Raees.
05:20I have a question from Mufti Sahiba.
05:22Yes.
05:23I went for Umrah.
05:26After doing Umrah.
05:28When I came back.
05:30Because of fatigue.
05:32I fell asleep two hours before Iftar.
05:35When I woke up.
05:36It was one hour after Iftar.
05:38Yes.
05:39When I did Iftar.
05:40My question is.
05:41Did it harm my fasting?
05:45Okay.
05:46Is this the case with people other than Umrah?
05:48No.
05:49There was no difference.
05:50In Iftar.
05:51It is fast in our country.
05:52Yes.
05:53As soon as the time of Iftar comes.
05:55Then do it.
05:56But with them.
05:57There was such an excuse.
05:58That they had been sleeping.
05:59There was no difference in fasting.
06:00Did the fasting go wrong?
06:01No.
06:02Nothing happened.
06:03Nothing happened.
06:04Okay.
06:05Now this is involuntary.
06:06I know.
06:07There are 15 minutes left to break the fast.
06:08But I said.
06:09I have to sleep for an hour and a half.
06:10I know.
06:11I woke up after an hour and a half.
06:12Still the same situation will remain.
06:13Yes.
06:14The same situation.
06:15There will be no problem.
06:16Fasting is absolutely right.
06:17Fasting is not false.
06:18There is no difference.
06:19In fact.
06:20There is no difference in the quality of fasting.
06:21Absolutely right.
06:22Okay.
06:23Next question.
06:24I am talking to Muhammad Abdul Hadi.
06:25From Lahore.
06:26My question.
06:27I have two questions.
06:28The first question is.
06:29Can we give Zakat to relatives if they are not in the correct order?
06:30Okay.
06:31The second question is.
06:32If a person is a mix of both Haram and Halal.
06:33And if he is giving Zakat on the whole wealth.
06:34Then his Haram wealth is also clean.
06:35Because we have heard that Zakat cleans the wealth.
06:36An innocent question.
06:37Yes.
06:38Zakat can definitely be given to relatives.
06:39But the principle is that.
06:40One who has a lineage.
06:41You can't give to them.
06:42Parents, great-grandparents.
06:43Whose lineage is not in the correct order.
06:44They cannot give Zakat to them.
06:45They are not able to give Zakat.
06:46So they are not given Zakat.
06:47If someone is not in the correct order.
06:48Then they can give Zakat.
06:49If someone is not in the correct order.
06:50You can give it to your relatives, but the rule is that you can't give it to your parents, grandparents, etc.
07:02You can't give it to your children, grandchildren, grandchildren, wife and husband.
07:07You can't give it to the rich people.
07:11You can give it to your brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, etc.
07:16And if you give charity to the haram wealth, then it won't be good and lawful.
07:24In fact, our jurists have stated that the haram-e-qata'i wealth,
07:28i.e. such a wealth whose haram is proven by a clear verse of the Qur'an,
07:36if they give it with the intention of reward, then it will be out of the circle of Islam.
07:40Because to give haram-e-qata'i wealth in the court of Allah is a great disrespect.
07:45For example, bribery, interest money, someone's stolen money,
07:50if you spend it with the intention of reward, then it will be out of the circle of Islam.
07:53I.e. I took someone's wealth and built a mosque.
07:57No, there is an intervention of intention.
08:00One is to give without the intention of reward.
08:02If the money comes, I don't want the reward, it's wrong wealth, but it will help.
08:08This is a different thing.
08:09There will be no non-believers in this.
08:10Anyway, it is still a sin that you are giving dirty wealth.
08:13One is that Allah will give me reward.
08:15Reward is obtained when Allah is pleased with it.
08:18When Allah accepts it, then reward is obtained.
08:21It means that you have the intention that Allah accepts my haram.
08:25Or your belief is that Allah accepts both haram and dirty.
08:30So because of this non-believer, carefully the jurists have put kufr on it.
08:35Someone has 100 rupees, someone's total property,
08:38and he knows that 80 of it is earned legally and 20 are earned haram.
08:42Will he give zakat on 100 rupees?
08:44No, when he knows it is confirmed, he will give it on 80.
08:47Zakat will not be earned on 20.
08:49Haram wealth does not come together.
08:53Fundamentally, when a person is taking out zakat,
08:56suppose someone else is taking out zakat,
08:59then where can he spend it?
09:01Anyway, those who are wajib-un-nafaqa,
09:03whose spending is his responsibility,
09:05he cannot understand by giving them this wealth that he has paid his zakat.
09:09Like it is a matter of principle,
09:11that there are parents, children, wife,
09:13these people are of different types.
09:16So they cannot give them money for zakat.
09:19The matter of sadat is also clear.
09:21The Prophet has strictly forbidden that zakat is haram on the people of Muhammad.
09:25So it cannot be given to them, sadat cannot be given.
09:28The rest is fine, there are details of it.
09:30Looking at poverty, that he is not rich,
09:32that he does not have an annual expenditure,
09:34that his expenses are more, etc.
09:36For the marriages of girls, gold is kept safe.
09:39That after 5 years, when the girl is married, then this gold.
09:42So on that gold, zakat will continue to be wajib.
09:45In our world, the topic that comes up is that
09:48zakat is a list of all the things that are wajib.
09:51There is no gold in it.
09:53In it, there are four types of crops.
09:58Wheat, barley, dates, raisins.
10:00Similarly, there are three types of animals.
10:02Cattle, which you call cattle.
10:04In it, there are cows, buffaloes, sheep, goats, etc.
10:06All these come in it.
10:08Then camels will come in it.
10:10And two types of coins, which are called gold coins and silver coins.
10:14Or the concept of khums.
10:16I am just saying that,
10:18the view of jurisprudence is completely different.
10:20And it is in its place.
10:22In our world, since it is in the tradition,
10:24it will be limited here, it will be kept.
10:27The second topic we have is khums.
10:29That is, whatever is left with a person,
10:32if he has a lot of financial savings,
10:34he has to take out 20% of that financial savings.
10:37If he has 100 rupees,
10:39he has to take out 20 rupees.
10:41If he has 1000 rupees,
10:43he has to take out 200 rupees.
10:45If he has 100,000 rupees,
10:47he has to take out 20,000 rupees.
10:49Whatever is left with him,
10:51he has to take out 20% of it.
10:53The topic is different,
10:55but he has to take out the thing.
10:57And if it is kept for dowry,
10:59it will also come on it.
11:02Suppose in a society,
11:04the method is that,
11:06slowly a girl's dowry is prepared.
11:08And apart from this, she has no option.
11:10So it has been exempted.
11:12It is an exception.
11:14Once you have given khums on one thing,
11:16that is, this is 100,000 rupees,
11:18or this is a mobile phone,
11:20you have given khums on it for a year.
11:22So now it is forever,
11:24or next year you will have to give 20% of it.
11:26The principle is that,
11:28once the khums has been given,
11:30then the khums will not be given on the dowry.
11:32Please tell us about Qibla on this.
11:34We have no concept of khums.
11:36It is only zakat.
11:38And particularly,
11:40as you talked about girls,
11:42there are two situations for girls.
11:44One is that,
11:46you have separated the money for an underage girl,
11:48or bought it with her intention.
11:50So in our society,
11:52even if the underage does not take it,
11:54the money immediately goes into the milk of the underage.
11:56It does not remain in the milk of the parents.
11:58And as long as the child is underage,
12:00zakat is not made on it,
12:02then zakat will not be made on gold,
12:04no matter how much weight it is.
12:06But if the child is an adult,
12:08and you have kept it separately for him,
12:10then the adult's command is that,
12:12until the money is not given in his possession and use,
12:14it will not come out of the possession of the parents
12:16and will not enter their possession.
12:18So zakat will not be made on girls.
12:20In such a situation,
12:22zakat will be made on the parents,
12:24whether it is kept for marriage or not.
12:26And now you just have to give it to the child.
12:28There is a separate command at this time.
12:30And what is usually collected,
12:32zakat will be made on it.
12:34And in the same way,
12:36if the parents have given it to the child,
12:38and it is 7.5 tola,
12:40like the balance.
12:42So when the year passes,
12:44zakat will be obligatory on the child,
12:46even if it is kept with the intention of dowry.
12:48O believers,
12:50enter Islam completely.
12:52Give us a choice.
12:54There are supermarket products,
12:56take a trolley, pick up this, pick up that,
12:58leave the rest, fulfill your needs and finish.
13:00Tell us this.
13:02And some people say, do not tell us this at all.
13:04Just give us a promise of forgiveness and forgiveness on Eid.
13:08And give us a short cut.
13:10If Allah wants,
13:12He can also forgive without action.
13:14Neither you can deny,
13:16nor can I deny.
13:18But there is a principle,
13:20Allah sent a message through his prophets in the Qur'an.
13:22Considering it to be a small thing,
13:24even if we do not say it,
13:26but separating it,
13:28and asking for forgiveness with prayers,
13:30is it like this?
13:32Allah can do it,
13:34but this method is not right.
13:36This is the last sentence.
13:38What to say about forgiveness and forgiveness from the Lord?
13:40He is Forgiver, He is Forgiver.
13:42He is the one who forgives,
13:44He is the one who forgives.
13:46In the prayer itself,
13:48in between two prostrations,
13:50it is said that,
13:52when you sit after the first prostration,
13:54you are born from this soil.
13:56And when you go for the second prostration,
13:58you will be brought back to this soil.
14:00And when you are sitting in between,
14:02just understand that,
14:04this is the life of your world.
14:06And what you have to do in this,
14:08is to say Astaghfirullah Rabbi Watuh.
14:10O Lord, we ask for forgiveness in Your presence.
14:12You are the one who brings us up.
14:14We repent in Your presence.
14:16We seek Your forgiveness.
14:18What to say?
14:20Thank you very much.
14:22After a break,
14:24we will be back with our next segment,
14:26which is about the Quran and science.
14:28InshaAllah.
14:48The mountains, the seas and the rivers,
14:51all seem to be connected together.
14:54All things are in order.
14:56Everything is going on
14:58under an orderly system.
15:00This is the Quran.
15:02This is the Quran.
15:04This is the Quran.
15:06This is the Quran.
15:08This is the Quran.
15:10This is the Quran.
15:12This is the Quran.
15:14This is the Quran.
