Nella pubblica amministrazione non c’è lo stesso divario del settore privato, ma si soffre molto la diversità dei ruoli delle donne. Ci sono meno donne al vertice seppur le donne siano più degli uomini, e questo impatta sulla differenza di retribuzione.” Ha dichiarato il presidente ARAN Antonio Naddeo a margine del convegno “Diversità, pari opportunità e lavoro: diritti e nuove sfide” tenutosi alla sede INPS di Palazzo Wedekind a Roma.

00:04The gender retributive differences are an open question, an open debate.
00:11As far as public administration is concerned, there is not the same gap as in the private sector,
00:18although in public administration we suffer a lot as far as the diversity of roles that women have within public administration is concerned.
