02:32if the ICC approaches INTERPOL, it will not be easy for the Philippines to turn its back on it

02:37because Filipinos from other countries are already involved in this.

02:41Let's remember, there are more than 10 million Filipinos going around the world right now that might need the help of INTERPOL.

02:49That's why we value the INTERPOL over a lot of other things.

02:55We're not giving up on anything here.

02:58That's a political statement more than anything else.

03:10But the former president's camp is still appealing.

03:13They went to the Supreme Court of the Philippines and asked for a temporary restraining order.
