00:00And at this point, let's talk about the latest updates on the administration's programs here in Mr. President On The Go.
00:24First of all, my fellow countrymen, in order to address intergenerational malnutrition, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. called on the local government to include in their investment plans,
00:38especially for the first 1,000 days of life of children.
00:47President R. Marcos called for the implementation of plans for the nutrition of every LGU.
00:56President R. Marcos also said that human capital is important because it is the key to a successful human nature.
01:02According to President R. Marcos, the best practices of LGUs for the proper nutrition of their children will serve as an inspiration to others,
01:14and will inspire more people, especially in remote areas, to address the problem of malnutrition.
01:22President R. Marcos also said that the proper nutrition is not only achieved by eating properly, but also by ensuring a clean and safe environment and a sustainable way of life.
01:36He also said that discipline must be maintained at all times in order to create a truly peaceful and healthy society.
01:44In the 2024 National Nutrition Awarding Ceremony, President R. Marcos recognized 23 LGUs and 5 Local Nutrition Focal Points for their efforts to improve the nutrition of their communities.
01:59President R. Marcos also mentioned the continued implementation of the No Hunger 2027 Food Stamp Program and the expanded 4-Piece Maging,
02:09which is the transfer of health care and nutrition to the indicators of the Seal of Good Local Governance for a peaceful, healthy, and prosperous new Philippines.
