00:27I have had such a busy day today, but such a good day. I've been running around like

00:31a chicken with its head cut off, but we have so much fun stuff on the plan for the rest

00:35of today. So I figured I would grab the vlog camera, start the vlog, say hi. Hello. Good

00:40morning. Okay. So this morning I woke up, I worked out, I came back home. I got a little

00:45ready. I put a little makeup on. You guys look at my natural lashes. They're looking

00:48so long with my lash serum. I'm very happy. Got ready, got some work stuff done. I had

00:53therapy. I just got back home from a doctor's appointment and now I'm back. I'm about to

00:57enjoy some lunch. I thought I would share this with you. We have a salmon burger today,

01:02which I really want to make homemade salmon burgers because look how good that looks.

01:07We'll do a little taste test together. Okay. So yes, I am getting some editing done right

01:15now in about an hour or so we're doing a little mini video shoot here at the house. We have

01:19something very exciting coming up and there's some promo shots for that. So we're doing

01:23that. After that I need to go to Costco because tomorrow I'm doing a very exciting video,

01:29which I think maybe I'll wait to tell you guys exactly what it is, but just know I'm

01:32doing a private chef video, which is a series that I do on my main channel, which is so

01:36much fun. I'm basically somebody who's private chef for the whole day or sometimes I've done

01:39like meal prep ones. Like for me, I did a meal prep one and I'm doing someone who's

01:43very, very, very highly requested. So that shoot is tomorrow. I need to prep everything

01:47today. And then tonight we are all getting together to do a little debrief about the

01:51wedding because we haven't seen everybody since being in Jersey. So now that we're all

01:56back in LA, we're all going to meet up tonight and just like have a fun, fun night, you know,

01:59get some dinner, hang out and just like debrief. Cause I love a debrief of like a fun event.

02:04Like, you know, when you go out with your friends the next morning after like the morning

02:07debrief after like a sleepover after going out is the best. So I can't wait. That's going

02:12to be so fun. But until then, we've got a lot to do. So everybody five big sips. I'm

02:18going to eat. I'm going to edit and I'll see you very soon.

02:58actually a hundred percent groceries, but it's always fun to look. They've got camping

03:02gear today. They've got a dinosaur bookcase. No. Oh wait. I love that. Look at this veranda.

03:08I almost hit that man. I'm so sorry. No, it's so cute. A little pergola. If you will, you

03:12know what the Ollie and I always have to check out the squish mallows. That's for sure. We're

03:17starting in the produce section. Look at how big these strawberries are. And for non strawberry

03:22season, this is wild. I'll be getting a lot. I've been on a strawberry kick lately. Oh,

03:27we want ginger too. Okay. We're doing some ginger shots. I got lots of fresh fruit here.

03:31We got raspberries, blackberries. We got Kiwi berries. Look at these. If you slice them

03:36open, it's like a little baby Kiwi perfection for a little morning yogurt bowl. All right.

03:42We got lots of fruits and veggies. I know the front ends look good. Oh my God. My finger,

03:47like my literal nail beds feel cold from being in there for so long. Here we go. Bell peppers,

03:53these are gorgeous. I'm looking for some avocados, but these are all literally rock hard. I'm feeling

04:00every single avocado and this entire Costco rock hard. So we're gonna have to go to a second

04:05grocery store. Actually, I have to go already since Costco is amazing, but they don't always

04:09have everything. So second store it is. I just saw this leaving the dairy section. I haven't

04:14had laughing, the laughing cow. What are you laughing at? I love laughing cow cheese. So I'm

04:21gonna get some of this. I love a meatball. I'm gonna do a pack of these chicken meatballs. I

04:25guess I can make my own. Maybe I'll make my own. I am going to get a pack of these chicken breast

04:29bites though. These are so good. My favorite purse. Gonna get my favorite high protein little snack,

04:37a shrimp cocktail. This is what the cart is looking like now. Very healthy. Lots of produce,

04:42lots of color. I like to see it. My insides like to see it. Also look at the amount of rotisserie

04:48chickens we have down there. We've got one for Ollie, two for me, one for our private chef video.

04:53Love to see it. They have shots here. I was going to order some from like pressed juice or something,

04:58but they're just so much cheaper here. Turmeric and pineapple immunity shots. Here we go.

05:03They have a black miso cod here in the frozen section. I want to try that. That looks so good.

05:10This is like one of my biggest cravings. I know. Lauren always gets me onto the best snacks. These

05:15Cheez-Its snapped are so yummy. I think these are what I was expecting those Pringles mingles to be,

05:21but I like these more. You guys look at this. It's a Bibigo. It's like an instant rice. The

05:25ones that I love, but it's a Korean barbecue flavor. It looks like there's meat and carrots

05:30on the inside. My tummy is rumbling. My tummy is rumbling. These look so good. Ramen crunch snack.

05:37I love ramen. Oh my God. You guys look. Mochi gummies. Fruity flavored. A little pack. All right,

05:44I might have to get this. I think I'm going to get this one. Pink salted caramel filled mochi.

05:49No, honestly, the fruity ones speaking to me more. Also they have Albany's gummies, but wait,

05:55these look like Scooby snacks. Cause they're like opaque. I love Albany's gum. Yep. You're coming

06:41need like in bulk, bulk, bulk. So with that being said, I placed a grocery order of the other stuff

06:46that we needed to arrive at Zane's house while we were there, I went out to grab the groceries

06:51and someone stole them. So that's okay. That happens. But I do have to be up in like six

06:57hours or so to start getting ready for this video. And with that being said, I need those

07:02groceries. So luckily Ralph's is open till 1 a.m. We've got 41 minutes before they close. Let's get

07:16a crunch wrap Supreme kit. Taco bell seasoning. I'm here for some taco seasoning, which do we

07:3120 gram of protein yogurt. I love yogurt. So I'm going to try these flavors, strawberry,

07:36kiwi, raspberry, lemon, mango, and cherry berry. Then get some yellow bananas while we're here.

07:50Okay. Here's the thing. A lot of people are like, how is she Korean? And her parents know Korean

07:55and she doesn't speak Korean. You guys, first off, my parents wanted me to learn as a kid

08:00and you can tell the story, mom. I was a brat as a kid. A lot of first generation kids in general

08:10can understand I'm sure. But I didn't feel comfortable in my culture going up, especially

08:16growing up where I did grow up in orange County, where it was a lot of white kids. So I didn't

08:19really acknowledge being Korean until I got older. And I was like, wait, this is really cool.

08:24But as a kid, my parents really wanted to put Shane and I in Korean lessons. And we're like,

08:27no, no, no, we don't want to learn. Now. I regret it so much. You guys, I'm going to a Korean first

08:33birthday party, which is called, it's spelled D O L in English, but it's pronounced Dori.

08:40I'm trying my best. You guys, I'm really trying. And then my mom and I were laughing because I

08:45already struggle with rolling my R's in general. I can't roll my R's. So it just Spanish was really

08:50hard for me when I learned Spanish. Korean's hard for me because my tongue just doesn't do that. So

08:54I'm trying my best. Okay, hold on guys. I'm going to talk to my mom. Hello guys. Okay. I'm back. I

08:58still have the dog car seats in the car. I am currently on my way to the birthday party, which

09:04is going to be so much fun today. We have a fun jam packed day. Oh, yesterday I didn't talk to

09:09you guys, but we filmed all day long. We filmed the private chef video. It turned out so, so good.

09:14We filmed that all day. I've got my coffee, which I look forward to drinking all morning. The

09:19birthday party is going to be so, so cute. And then after the birthday party, we're heading over to

09:22the pretty basic studio because we are recording an episode with Bretman today. He's in town and

09:28he wanted to come on. And we're like, absolutely. Let's do a weekend recording. We will make it work

09:32for Bretman because obviously he's iconic. So I'm so excited for that. And then tonight, I believe,

09:38depending on my energy and how tired I am, because Cal is sick right now and I'm trying my best to

09:43not get sick. I need to be healthy because I have a lot of stuff coming up this month. We don't have

09:47time to be sick. Uh-uh. I think we're going to take Bretman to pick a party because you guys know

09:52he and I love our sunnies and we want to go and support Carla and go see her. So he's been wanting

09:57to go since he saw us post about it originally, but it is a little bit of a trek out of the city,

10:01but we will make the trip for Carla because we love her. So we're going to go. It's going to

11:48So I'm sure I didn't have one.

11:49So I called my mom and I asked her why I didn't have one, and my mom let me know that she

11:53really wanted to throw me one, but we had just lost my grandma, like, very recently

11:57before that, and so it was just a really hard time, so we didn't do one, and then my mom

12:01said she didn't give one to Shane because she felt bad that I didn't get one.

12:05Basically, that's what happened, but I just have to say, I thought it was such a beautiful

12:08tradition, and it was such a fun party.

12:1430 years later, and it was just really cool to see and just learning more about Korean

12:20culture is always so much fun, and I always just feel so proud, and it just is a really

15:36Or if it's just from me talking a ton lately.

15:38I've been talking so much.

15:39We've been recording so many podcasts.

15:43But these have been helping a lot.

16:29But before that, I need to start my coffee intake.

16:32Because again, we're recording two episodes.

16:34So I want to bring the energy.

16:37I made my usual, my cookie dough latte that I've been loving.

16:42I will say I made it a double.

16:44Technically, it might even be like a quad shot, actually.

16:47I used one Nespresso pod, but I ran it twice just to get, you know, as much bang for my buck out of it.

16:52So it's probably closer to a triple.

16:54Because I do think the second time you run it, it's way less, you know, concentrated.

16:57So we'll call her a triple.

16:58But okay, I'm gonna put some moisturizer on my skin.

17:02And my jaw is feeling a little tight this morning.

17:04So I'm going to massage it out while we chit chat.

17:09Also, I started a new skincare product.

17:11And my skin is definitely, like, it's purging.

17:14And I've heard that when you use it, you get something called the uglies with it.

17:19Where your skin's just like, it's peeling, it's purging, it's getting used to the product.

17:22But you need to stick with it to get the benefits of it.

17:25Like, you will pass through eventually.

17:27But you do have to stick with it.

17:29A lot of people just give up on it.

17:30And then you don't get the benefits or, like, the results that you want.

17:33So I'm sticking through the uglies.

17:34I'm really not feeling too cute right now.

17:36But all right, a little moisturizer.

17:44So Korean Air actually invited Alisha and I to come out to Korea.

17:48They're doing an event, which is really exciting.

17:50So they're flying us out to Korea and taking care of us for a trip out there.

17:55Which, obviously, we could not say no to.

17:57It's Korea.

17:58We had the best trip ever last May.

17:59I can't believe it's been already almost a year.

18:01Like, that's actually crazy to think about.

18:03Because that kind of feels like yesterday.

18:04So I'm just working through my jaw muscle with this little acupuncture tool.

18:11But it helps relieve so much jaw tension.

18:14Like, you don't even know.

18:15So yes.

18:15Okay, so we got invited to go.

18:17And what's really crazy is my mom actually already had a girls trip planned to also go to Korea

18:22at pretty much the same time.

18:24She was going to be there, like, a little bit later.

18:26And so what we did and what we're planning is my mom actually is going to fly out and

18:31come out a little early and be with us.

18:33She's going to be our tour guide again.

18:34We'll get to make new memories, visit new places.

18:37There are so many things that my mom wanted to show us in Korea that we didn't get to

18:40in May last year on our last trip.

18:42So we're so excited.

18:44She's going to come out early, hang out with us.

18:46And then while Alisha and I were talking about it, we're like,

18:48if my mom's coming, we should bring her mom as well and do, like, a mother-daughter trip.

18:52And of course, Ash has to come too because it's a mother-daughter trip.

18:55So it's going to be my mom, me, Alisha, Ash, and then their mom.

19:00We're going to Korea.

19:01And then we were like, well, if we're going to Korea,

19:03Alisha really wants to go obviously see her family that's in Japan also.

19:06And I was like, uh, I won't say no to a trip in Japan.

19:08So we're doing a big Asia trip together.

19:10We're doing Seoul.

19:11And then we're going to go to Tokyo.

19:13And then we're going back to Seoul and then coming back home.

19:15So we have so many fun things planned.

19:17We are so, so excited.

19:19Again, this kind of came out of nowhere.

19:20It's really crazy because I remember last May when we went to Korea and we got all of our

19:25facials and stuff done and my skin was looking so much better, Alisha and I were like, oh my god,

19:29it'd be so cool if we could come back before the wedding and do another round of, like,

19:32the facial things again because my skin improved so much from that.

19:36But we were like, realistically, that's not going to happen.

19:38I mean, just life is crazy.

19:39Schedules are crazy.

19:40And then boom, we got invited to go back.

19:43And we're like, we got to take it.

19:44I am, of course, going to vlog for you guys.

19:46I'll vlog the whole trip for you guys.

19:48And I'll make as many vlogs as, you know, I can out of the trip, which is going to just be so fun.

19:52And I love looking back at those Asia vlogs with my parents because those are truly some

19:58of the best memories that I've ever made in my life.

20:00And I'm just so excited to go back and be with my mom and, of course, my best friend

20:04and, of course, my best friend's family.

20:05But since we are leaving for a good amount of time, we obviously need to make sure that

20:09our work is all squared away before we leave because, obviously, we can't leave if our

20:13work is not done.

20:14So with that being said, we are pre-recording tons of podcasts before we go.

20:18All of the episodes that need to be done for both podcasts, which is why we've just been

20:22so extra busy, why I've been talking so much more than usual.

20:26Usually, this is spread out.

20:27But we are getting it done.

20:29I'm realizing I have, like, so many different shades of Easy Blur.

20:32I have actually another one here.

20:33All of my shades of Easy Blur because I'm constantly, like, between spray tans and then

20:38my winter tan and then when I get a little tan, changing shades.

20:41So I'm trying to make it work.

20:42I realized yesterday my normal shade is a little too dark for me right now.

20:45So we're making it work.

20:46With that, I keep telling you guys, this is going to be such a fun year.

20:49I have so much fun content and just trips and things planned and the wedding and just

20:54so much happening.

20:55It's, like, it's just been such a dream come true.

20:57Like, I could not be more grateful or excited.

21:30I was like, um, sure.

21:32She put me in contact with the owner and they delivered me a strawberry.

21:36So we all tried it.
