Presiden Prabowo Subianto melibatkan investor legendaris AS, Ray Dalio menyusul pembentukan Danantara Indonesia. Keahlian dan pengalaman Dalio dinilai sangat dibutuhkan bagi pengembangan Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) yang baru saja dibentuk itu.  Prabowo menghadirkan Ray Dalio dalam pertemuan bersama para taipan di antaranya Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan (Agung Sedayu), Garibaldi Thohir (Adaro), Franky Osman Widjaja (Sinarmas), dan James Riady (Lippo). Dalio diperkenalkan secara langsung oleh Kepala Negara dalam pertemuan di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Jumat (7/3/2025).

00:08when he met a group of big businessmen from Indonesia

00:11with an investor from the United States, Ray Dalio, in Istana Merdeka, Jakarta,

00:17to discuss a number of things related to Indonesia's economy,

00:20including asset management, investment management, and so on.

00:26During the meeting, President Prabowo explained

00:29that in the management of BUMN's assets,

00:33the government considers a need for improvement

00:35so that the performance of the assets can be more optimal.

00:38Therefore, President Prabowo invited all parties,

00:41including the founder of the hedge fund Bridgewater Associates,

00:45Ray Dalio, to give a critical view,

00:49as well as experience in investing,

00:51in line with the principle of asset management,

00:55which President Prabowo said will be done carefully and as transparent as possible.
