AP Tourism Land Allotment Policy : ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్​లో పర్యాటక ప్రాజెక్టులను పరుగులు పెట్టించేలా ఏపీ టూరిజం ల్యాండ్ అలాట్‌మెంట్‌ పాలసీ 2024-2029ని సర్కార్ రూపొందించింది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వ భూమిని పర్యాటక ప్రాజెక్టులు, అందుకు సంబంధించిన మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనకు వినియోగించేలా మార్గదర్శకాలు విడుదల చేసింది.ఏపీలో పర్యాటక వనరులైన సముద్ర తీరాలు, అటవీప్రాంతం, కాలువలు, నదీతీరాలు, కొండ ప్రాంతాలు, ప్రసిద్ధిగాంచిన దేవాలయాలు, పురాతనమైన కట్టడాలు, సహజ సిద్ధంగా ఏర్పడిన ప్రకృతి వింతలున్న ప్రాంతాలు ఇలా వేర్వేరు చోట్ల విభిన్నమైన పర్యాటక ప్రాజెక్టులు పీపీపీ విధానంలో తీసుకొచ్చేలా కార్యాచరణ సిద్ధం చేసింది.

01:30In the coastal areas near the highways, land allotments for projects ranging from Rs 1 crore to Rs 3 crore, multiplex projects ranging from Rs 2 crore to Rs 3 crore, hotels ranging from Rs 5 crore to Rs 5 crore, tent cities ranging from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore are being considered.
01:43Land allotments for jungle, luxury, and beach resorts are being made for Rs 15 crore.
01:48Land allotments for theme parks ranging from Rs 25 crore to Rs 150 crore for golf courses are being considered.
01:55The state government has decided to make land allotments for mega and ultra-mega projects as per the SIPB.
02:02Land allotments for small-scale tourism projects ranging from Rs 33 crore to Rs 66 crore are being made.
02:12Land allotments for MSM projects ranging from Rs 18 crore to Rs 60 crore are being made.
