AP Land Registration Charges Hike : వైఎస్సార్సీపీ సర్కార్ అడ్డగోలుగా పెంచిన భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విలువను సవరిస్తూ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విలువలను సవరించింది. కొత్త ధరలు ఇవాళ్టి నుంచి అమలులోకి వచ్చాయి. నివాస స్థలాలు, వాణిజ్యంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన ప్రాంతాల ప్రాతిపదికన విలువలు సవరించారు. గుంటూరు జిల్లాలో కొన్ని చోట్ల అధికంగా ఉన్న విలువలను తగ్గించారు. గుంటూరు శివారు నల్లపాడు సబ్‌-రిజిస్ట్రార్ కార్యాలయ పరిధిలో ఎకరా పొలం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విలువ రూ.1.96 కోట్లు ఉండగా దాన్ని రూ.30 లక్షలు చేశారు. సుద్దపల్లి డొంకలో ఎకరా పొలం రూ.4.35 కోట్లు ఉండగా దాన్ని రూ.1.99 కోట్లకు తగ్గించారు.
