With egg prices skyrocketing at the grocery store, these adorable little potato appetizers are a good alternative to deviled eggs. In this video, Nicole makes deviled potatoes using baby gold potatoes and a creamy potato salad mixture. Otherwise known as potato salad stuffed potatoes, they are both easy-to-make and sure to please a crowd.

00:00These deviled eggs are actually deviled potatoes.
00:02With egg prices the way they are, we're using potatoes.
00:04Take some baby gold potatoes, cover them with water,
00:06salt them, and boil them until they're tender.
00:08Then cut them in half and scoop out the center.
00:10It's okay to leave a little potato around the edge.
00:12Mash up the filling and then just make it
00:14however you like to make your potato salad.
00:15I'm going old school southern style,
00:17and 100% these are way cheaper to make than deviled eggs.
00:20You can just spoon the filling right into the potato
00:22or pipe it in if you're feeling fancy.
00:24If the potato wants to roll around a little bit,
00:26just shave a little off the bottom to set it straight.
