Chicken schezwan rice is a very healthy and quick recipe..this recipe is hot spicy and delicious..chicken fried rice is so easy that anyone can cook it easily.For this recipe,there is no need to blend red chilies or make any sauce seperatly .
preparation time-10 minutes.
cooking time-15 minutes

ingredients-
rice- 1 1/2 cup(precooked)
shredded chicken-150 grams
spring onions(white part)- 1/2 cup
carrot -1/2 cup(chopped)
spriong onions(green part)-1/2 cup
beans -1/2 cup
capsicum-1/2 cup
garlic clove-8-10
ginger-2 inch(chopped)
soya sauce-1 tbsp
schezwan sauce-2 tbsp
method:
heat a pan and add oil.
add chopped garlic and ginger, saute it for one minute.
add chopped white part of spring onion, saute it for two minutes
now add chopped carrots and beans.
fry then for two minutes on high flame.
add capsicum, we are adding it later as it cooked very quick.
now add shredded chicken, mix well, add soya and shezwan sauce.
mix again.
now add precooked rice. mix nicely on high flame.
add green part of spring onions, turn off the flame..
serve hot .
