Ingredients:-
1 cup Short Grained Rice, cooked
2-3 Chicken Thighs, slit
For the Marination:-
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
¼ tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. White Vinegar
2-3 Garlic Cloves, sliced
Salt, as required
Black Pepper, crushed
For the Sauce:-
1 cup water
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
1 tbsp. Sriracha
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Ginger, sliced
7-8 Garlic Cloves, sliced
Black Pepper, crushed
Salt, to taste
For Garnishing:-
½ cup Spring Greens
½ cup Mushrooms, boiled
½ cup Baby Carrots, blanched
½ cup Red Cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted
Method:-
- Marinate the chicken thighs using the marination ingredients for 7-8 hours or overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear the marinated chicken thighs in it for 12 minutes flipping them at intervals.
- In the same bowl as the marinated chicken, add the sauce ingredients and make a sauce making sure there are no lumps formed.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and cook while stirring continuously until thick.
- Assemble the rice bowl as shown in the video and serve.
