The chancellor says the government is ready to support creative industries, after announcing film studios in England are to receive business rates relief for the next nine years. 00:19in increasing by 50% the number of stages to produce films here in the UK,
00:25creating good jobs, paying decent wages,
00:28that's something that this government wants to get behind
