00:00The Office of Budget Responsibility forecasts that real household disposable income increases
00:05during the course of this Parliament by an average of 0.5% a year. That is a world away
00:11from the last Parliament, which was the worst Parliament in history for living standards.
00:15I'm not immune to the challenges that businesses face, but if you take the package as a whole
00:20on Wednesday, the Office of Budget Responsibility say that employment increases, household disposable
00:27incomes increase and the economy grows. Of course, on economic growth, I want to go further
00:33and faster and ensure that that economic growth is felt by ordinary working people. And that's
00:38what our plans to reform the planning system, our pension system, our skills system and
00:43so much more is all about. It's about getting Britain building again and growing our economy.
