00:00I was born in a Bedouin family, two years after the UAE was born.

00:11We lived closer to the nature, far from the town areas those days.

00:17Being surrounded by the birds and animals in the desert land, I became passionate about

00:23them.

00:24Then I became interested in wildlife photography, particularly in photographing the birds and

00:31their nests.

00:43Many said it wasn't meant for me, but I didn't let my physical challenges to get in my way.

00:50I followed the birds of the UAE for around 15 years and published a book about common

00:58birds and their nests in the UAE.

01:01I am so grateful to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Barashid Al Maktoum for supporting me and

01:08writing the foreword for my book.
