00:25So you start with Ben Johnson, I like that move, you've got to fix your quarterback,
00:29you have a number one overall pick, you've got a guy that's going to also come in and
00:32fix the offensive line, make it more of a balanced and explosive offense, so that's
00:37great for Caleb Williams, and then I think under 8 is Liam Cohen, coming in for Trevor
00:41Lawrence, again, another number one overall pick that we forget about that hasn't quite
00:46lived up to expectations in Jacksonville, so now you get a guy that just did tremendous
00:51things with Baker Mayfield, a 40 touchdown pass season, so again, anyone kind of attached
00:56with Sean McVay or with the Lions we're doing, I think you're excited about having those
01:01type of hires versus going the Pete Carroll route or someone older, Mike Vrabel bringing
01:06them back, so I think those are very exciting hires for those teams if you want those quarterbacks
01:11to hit their hire ceiling.
