00:15In his message to the General Assembly of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines,

00:19the President reminded the mayors not to forget the reason why they were deceived.

00:29He also emphasized the importance of unity and assistance of local leaders towards the prosperity of the country.

00:36Meanwhile, he also urged the mayors to support the whole-of-government approach
