00:00The Department of Environment and Natural Resources signed an agreement for the National Plastic Action Partnership in the Philippines.

00:07And the LTFRB approved the petition for a minimum fare hike of P17,000 for the jeepney.

00:19The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board approved a minimum fare hike of P17,000 for the jeepney.

00:27According to LTFRB Technical Division Chief Joel Bolano, the minimum fare hike will be too high if they allow it.

00:36Meanwhile, it was passed in the third and final reading of the Chamber,

00:40that the petition is in favor of a better tax and benefit distribution for tricycle drivers and operators in the country.

00:48Under the petition, local government units are ordered to pass a comprehensive framework for the welfare of the tricycle sector.

00:58The Land Transportation Office caught 262 trucks due to various safety violations.
