PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) mencatat laba bersih sebesar Rp34,7 miliar pada 2024. Capaian tersebut turun 9,6 persen dibandingkan 2023 yang mencapai Rp38,4 miliar.
Dalam laporan keuangan yang disampaikan kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Selasa (11/2/2025), emiten pengelola Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta itu membukukan penurunan pendapatan 3,2 persen dari Rp106,3 miliar menjadi Rp102,9 miliar.

01:21Due to the increase in corporate debt, EAST did not miss out on the jump in salary and pension components.
01:27In the last year, the salary and pension increased by 28% from 10.2 billion rupiah to 13.1 billion rupiah.
01:34From the balance sheet, EAST recorded an increase in corporate debt from 32% to 8.6 billion rupiah,
01:41while the balance sheet that has not yet been determined its use is 11.4 billion rupiah,
01:46with an equity of 461 billion rupiah.
