00:00Some parts of Oriental Medoro and Palawan were rained heavily this weekend.

00:08That's why some places were flooded.

00:16In the middle of the night, a young passenger of a van was saved

00:20in Barangay Isaub in Aburlan, Palawan last night.

00:22According to the rescuers, the van was flooded while crossing the highway.

00:27Because it's so dark, it's hard to see how many people were in the van.

00:31In Barangay Plaridel, some cattle and calves were drowned in the flood,

00:35according to Super Radio Palawan.

00:38This is the area with the garden.

00:40In other places in Aburlan, some crops were washed away by the flood.

00:44According to their Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,

00:47more than 1,000 residents were evacuated to evacuation centers.

00:51In the town of Nara, almost 6,000 residents were washed away by the flood.

00:58In Barangay San Manuel in Puerto Princesa, it was difficult to evacuate

01:02because the flood was so deep.

01:04Soldiers rushed to the flood to help with the evacuation.

01:08Some children were put on the rescue boat of the Philippine Red Cross.

01:11In Barangay Siksikan, the residents used a raft to evacuate.

01:15According to Puerto Princesa CDRMO,

01:18a barangay was submerged in the flood and the residents were forced to evacuate.

01:22According to the Sheer Line, it rained in Palawan yesterday.

01:26In Baco, Oriental Mindoro, the Alag River was at a critical level

01:29because of the strong rains brought by the Sheer Line and strong winds.

01:33Authorities are continuously monitoring this.

01:35According to MDRMO, there are barangays where all kinds of vehicles cannot pass

01:40because of the deep flood.
