00:40According to the DMW, they do not believe that the Filipino seafarer is keeping his own life
00:45especially since he was the first to be promoted to work
00:48based on the report of the mining agency.
00:51He was due to be promoted
00:54so any suspicion or doubt that he took his own life
00:58should not be the primary reason why he was missing
01:02because the circumstances, the information he was promoting came directly from the agency.
01:07The agency is not content with the explanation of the mining agency regarding the disappearance of Bobilesa.
01:12They urge the mining agency to report to the Baltimore authorities that the ship is already in Baltimore.
01:18That is why the agency continues to work on resolving the case
01:22so that the so-called incident will not happen again.
