00:00Later tonight, the construction of the third subway station in Mindanao Avenue will begin.
00:08Noel Talacay is on the line for the center of the news. Noel.
00:15The construction of the Metro Manila Subway Project will be done in one part of Mindanao Avenue, Casing City.
00:25This will be the third subway station in the northern portion of Metro Manila.
00:34According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA, the construction will begin later tonight and will continue until 2028.
00:45According to the volume count of MMDA, 100,000 vehicles pass through the southbound lane and 70,000 vehicles pass through the northbound lane of Mindanao Avenue.
01:00If there is a closure, the new road of Mindanao Avenue will open today. This is the Northbound Diversion Road, Mindanao Avenue.
01:11According to MMDA, this will serve as an alternate route for vehicles. According to the chairman of MMDA, Atty. Don Ates,
01:21in a statement, he said that motorists should not be worried because motorists will use alternative routes.
