Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe 🍗✨

Ingredients:
500g chicken (drumsticks, wings, or breast)
200g crispy frying flour
100g cornstarch (or all-purpose flour)
1 egg
100ml unsweetened fresh milk (helps tenderize the meat)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for a spicy kick)
Cooking oil
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken:
Wash and pat dry the chicken.
Marinate with minced garlic, black pepper, salt, chili powder, and milk. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour for better flavor.
Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, mix crispy frying flour + cornstarch together.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
Coating the chicken:
First, coat the chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg, and finally coat it in flour again for an extra crispy texture.
Deep-fry:
Heat oil over medium heat, then fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
