00:00A man in Sampaloc, Manila was killed after he fell from a coconut tree and his head was hit by a boat.

00:07Jomer Apresto reports.

00:12At first glance, you would think that he fell from this tree,

00:17on the side of Jundra Street in Sampaloc, Manila, this Tuesday afternoon.

00:21But what fell was a 51-year-old man.

00:25According to the barangay, the man was ordered to cut dry leaves from the coconut tree.

00:50Before the accident, the owner of the van that was in front of his vehicle

00:55ordered the man to fix his boat and then he climbed up the tree.

00:58Later on, he suddenly fell and his head was hit by a boat.

01:02According to his wife, they were supposed to spend the afternoon together when the accident happened.

01:08I didn't expect that he would fall from the tree.

01:10His job is really to build a house.

01:12He said that he would climb up the tree five times,

01:15but all four of them fell.

01:16He was extremely angry because we had to pay for the house.

01:19According to the owner of the van and the owner of the tree,

01:22the man was charged with burglary and burglary.

01:25The man's family did not blame him because the accident happened.
