00:00I'm with Phoebe Hart in her studio in Surtee Street. This place is very impressive, very
00:07industrious. What do you do here?
00:11So we offer a range of classes and it goes from fitness classes, strength training, all
00:17the way to soft and gentle yoga classes. We have hot yoga, which we just introduced in
00:22November, which has been really popular over the winter months. We have Pilates and a little
00:28bit of everything.
00:32Mainly based for ladies, gentlemen, young and old?
00:35A bit of everything. I mean, depending on which class you come to and what day you come
00:39to, we have a mix. A lot of people think yoga is just for women, but it's not. Men should
00:46and can do yoga as well. So we're trying to get more towards that. We're trying to push
00:51that a little bit more. But in our classes now, there are a lot of women. I'm 30 years
00:56old. A lot of the clients are around my age, but I also have older women. My mom likes
01:02to do yoga with me. She's mid-sixties. I'm sure she wouldn't mind me saying. But I try
01:08and care for everybody. So in a class, I'll always give lots of different options and
01:12variations. I try and speak to and know each client by name as soon as they come in the
01:17door and try and get to know a little bit about them before they step into the yoga
01:23space. And then afterwards, I try and speak. When I'm not busy, I get as much information
01:29from people as I can to try and cater each class to every person's individual needs.
