00:00... hindi lang nila tinitingnan yung formula per cent sa inflation. Bagamat bumababa. But if you look sa inflation mula nung nagsimula yung pagtaas, we started June-July of 2023. Ang laki ng tinaas noon.

00:17... from 5, naging 8, naging 17 in July. And then last year bumalo yan ang pinakamataas 25-27 sa inflation. Actually it's only late last year, December, nagikita natin na bumaba talaga.

So in effect, yung net effect mataas pa rin yung presyo ng bigas sa pamily niya. So yun yung gusto natin i-address today. That's why there's still the declaration of food security in the country."
