00:00The Philippine National Police confirmed that an official of the Philippine National Police was injured in a collision between a US military helicopter and a passenger plane in the US.
00:10According to the PNP's information chief, Colonel Randolph Tuanyo, the victim was identified as Colonel Pargentino Malabed.
00:18Malabed and two of his companions were on their way to India for the delivery inspection of the PNP's vest.
00:26The PNP informed the victim's family of what happened.
00:29The PNP also asked for help from the family of Colonel Malabed, including buying a ticket for his wife to the US.
00:38Malabed's body was identified through a passport and e-ticket obtained from him.
00:46The initial identification was done by the Washington Police based on documents.
00:53This means that their identification is unofficial.
00:57According to the US, it will only be official when his kin arrives, particularly his wife, Ms. Rio, to identify the cadaver.
