00:47The buyer said that he will send the payment when the rider gets the tablet.

00:51What happened is that the driver who was supposed to deliver the tablet left.

01:02He told me that he will text me through his mobile number.

01:28The victim was contacted by the driver's license buyer who introduced the delivery rider.

01:33The victim went to the barangay where he talked to a worker who introduced the delivery rider.

01:38The worker called the number given by the delivery rider.

01:42The delivery rider asked for gas to refill the item.

01:45So they gave him P400 using the online payment.

01:48But the rider still did not come.

01:50The tablet and the gas money were gone.

01:53The worker went to the delivery rider's address in Makati.

01:58He talked to the rider who has the owner's ID.

02:01He said that he did not go home.

02:03When they investigated, they found out that he did not go out of the house.

02:08We found out that it was a scam.

02:18Did he open the helmet with your ID?

02:22He said, no.

02:24I said, maybe you were scammed.

02:28The scammer used the picture of my acquaintance.

02:32Because when we went to my acquaintance, he did not go out of the house.

02:37The victim talked to the real rider who has the owner's ID.

02:40Jack was also blocked by the buyer scammer.

02:42He reported it to the Manila Police District and the Cybercrime Unit of the PNP in Kamkrame.
