00:46phone's come in, took over, and just sorting racks, better bikes and everything like that.

01:02but it's pretty good now that most dogs are locked up and all that. Everything's been updated
01:10through phones and online buying's taken over. The letters are dwindling a fair bit each year,
01:18but the online's keeping everything going now, keeping everyone...
