04:16The biggest effect is that there might be a delay in the delivery of balotas and various election paraphernalia

04:24in various parts of the Philippines, especially in Liblev.

04:30We don't want it to happen because of the delay in the printing of balotas.

04:35Aside from the wasted time, the value of the lost fund is also P1M because of the first printed balotas that will also be thrown away.

04:44That is really part of the process because our countrymen need to understand that the disqualification of candidates depends on the function and power of the Comelec.

04:56But at the same time, it is also up to our countrymen who want to run for election

06:28because now we are seeing the problem of printing balotas in an automated election system.

06:35But there are also other problems if we use manual election system.

06:41So, they need to study that.

06:43Maybe, the commissionerial elections will be held the day after this election to continue the discussion and study.
