00:00Hi, it's Frankie Ross, and these are the ingredients for my gluten-free pasta.
00:04I like the Rouse tomato sauce because the sauce is made from Roma tomatoes,
00:08which is supposed to be better for us health-wise.
00:10Add your onions. I usually will chop an entire onion because I love onions.
00:14Add your garlic, usually four bulbs of garlic will do the trick.
00:17And add your spices, your coconut palm sugar, Italian seasoning, liquid smoke,
00:21maybe three or four tablespoons of liquid smoke to give your sauce that nice smoky taste and flavor.
00:29And then you add your red wine. That's actually Snip Dog wine, red wine.
00:33It's actually not bad. It's really good in the sauce, too.
00:35After that, you brown your meat, your Beyond Beef plant-based meat.
00:41Add your Barilla pasta. Drain it.
00:45Stir your sauce. Plate.
00:47A little vegan Parmesan cheese.
00:50And there you go.
